Hey Google!

Thanks for taking a few minutes to take a look around the place we call home. We’re really excited you thought about us for your new fiber network. And, while we haven’t renamed any of our communities or children after you, it doesn’t mean we love you any less. We’ve just been a little busy. Busy getting things done, which is what we like to do around here.

The fact is, we’d love to be a part of your experiment, and we think we might be just the right fit for you. Why? Well, because we’re average. And while that might not sound like something great to brag about, when it comes to testing a new product or service, average is just what you’re looking for. We’re made up of a good cross section of America so businesses have been trying things out with us for years. But don’t blame us for the McRib—we had nothing to do with that one.

“Really,” you say. “That’s your pitch? You’re average?” Well, sort of, but it’s actually a lot more than that. Because while the numbers say we’re average, our contributions to the world are truly awesome.

In fact, the people around here have been busy inventing or improving things for years. From pioneering flight with the Wright brothers over 100 years ago to RFID, Advanced Health Sciences and crazy micro air vehicles the size of flies, there’s always something new and innovative being created in the Dayton Region. It’s just the way we think. We’re on a mission here to be the World’s Proving Grounds. So, what would we do with you and a gigabit fiber network? Who knows. But if history repeats itself (and it sure seems to around here), it’s sure to be awesome.

So, check out our site and learn a little more about us. Then let us know what you think. We can’t wait to be Average and Awesome with you.
